Testimonials

  • Jason responded immediately to our request to view a home. From that showing, he went on to arrange other showings. He arranged showings to accommodate our schedule and did not limit the number of showings. Jason and his partner, Charlcie Smallwood, were always very pleasant and patient. They were very knowledgeable about the process of making a fair offer and what constituted a fair offer. Jason and Charlcie worked as a team to represent our best interests, and as a result, we purchased the perfect home. We highly recommend the Smallwood Team.

  • He is great and is very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the houses. I would take him as my realtor if I were to do it again. If you ask him to do anything, he will be there for you.
